Derek Gambell
BSc., CPA, EPA, ETMA

Born in 1946, Derek is a graduate of London University where he gained a First Class, industrial-based, Honours degree in Chemistry.

He joined the UK Patent Office as a patent examiner and worked in both private practice and a multi-national industrial patent department before founding his own firm in 1995 and merging with Graham Watt & Co LLP seven years later.

Derek is a member of the Licensing Executive Society, the Union of European Practitioners and FICPI.
