Your Rights
Your IP rights may be securable by registration, particularly
by way of patents (for technical developments), registered
designs (for new appearances of articles), registered
trade marks (for new brands and get up) or by registration
of a new plant variety. We also advise on how best
to establish non-registerable rights, for example
copyright and design right. We are experienced in
helping clients handle legally contentious matters,
including enforcing rights against infringers.
Third Party Rights
You may have concerns about the IP rights of others
which may interfere with your provision of products
or services. We can assess the potential problem and
advise on suitable courses of action, for example
mounting a defence, seeking an agreement or avoiding
infringement . We brief Counsel directly if and when
