If you have developed a
new design of an article or part of an article, a
new appearance resulting from features such as lines,
contours, colours, shape, texture and ornamentation,
then a registered design may provide you with the
appropriate protection. Once registered in a country,
products incorporating the design cannot be made by
others in that country without your permission.
We prepare and then directly
file applications for British and European Community
design registrations as well as co-ordinating registration
in foreign national jurisdictions as needed.
We also advise on unregistered
Design Right which can in certain circumstances provides
automatic protection for industrially-reproduced designs.
