or services, or planning to do so in the future, under
a particular brand or get-up and want to make it easier
to stop other people using that mark in relation to
their products or services. You can do so by registering
your marks in the countries in which you need protection.

marks, clearance searches to establish freedom to
use the marks, and filing applications for registration
of them worldwide. We act directly at the UK Trade
Marks Registry and at the European Community Trade
Marks Office (OHIM) in respect of European Community
Trade Marks.

clients before these bodies, including opposition
and appeal procedures and, in the case of OHIM, up
to the European Court of Justice.
